FRANKLIN MORALES

I've always been fascinated by people and the unique personal, cultural, and social experiences that contribute to creating someone's character.

My interests in learning more about people's lives and what the world has to offer led me to discover multimedia journalism and public relation. Both of these paths of study, very different but working intertwined, has given me an opportunity to satisfy my interest and build a professional career.

Although I'm a senior at Baruch College with minimal experience, I am eager to begin new projects and build the skills need to succeed.

So far I have an intro-level of experience with capturing feature news through videos, photos, and audio projects. However, right now I want to practice more with audio and eventually create a podcast or radio show that highlights "unity within diversity."

Being a native of Queens, the most diverse borough in New York, I have witnessed many different cultures live together in harmony and work through their difference to achieve acceptance from one another.

In due time, I hope my career allows me to travel more in order to learn and capture the hidden gems of the world.
